Licences & Media Script Mod's Agreement

Licenses

Scripts sold on Media Script Mod's have the following license: ONE DOMAIN = ONE LICENSE. This means that for a given .com, .net, .org, etc., you may install and use ONE copy of the script that you purchased. For users who have multiple domains "parked" on a single server, you may use the script for all domains that are parked on a single, physical server, as well as subdomains of a primary domain: http://subdomain.domain.com.

You may not re-distribute, re-sell, or take credit for any script on Media Script Mod's under any circumstances. In addition, the copyright notice must remain intact in all our scripts.

Refunds

Refunds are not offered for the scripts on Media Script Mod's for the simple reason that it is impossible for us to verify that the script is no longer in use after issuing a refund.

You must understand and agree to these terms before making any purchases from our site, by making a purchase we are of the understanding you have fully understood the above terms and agreed to them proir to your purchase.

There have been some cases in the past where a script doesn't work on a particular user's server configuration for various reasons. To this, I would say that the scripts have been reliably tested using PHP's default installation on both Windows and Linux. It's always possible that particular server administrators have changed the settings in various ways, or initiated security blocks of various types, which would prevent your script from working. There isn't really anything that we can do about that. The best thing to do would be to post a message on the forum describing the problem (and no, we don't consider this grounds for a refund), or switch to another server, you can also open a support ticket to raise your concerns.

Terms

Users purchasing modules from us may not either sell, share, copy or reproduce any of the code, applications of modules for sale on this site. Any website found using our scripts without the proper licence will be dealt with to the full extent of the law and we have no issue's with your service providers to have your accounts shut down. Please also note we are working with the developers of the Social Media script and can obtain any new IP addresses you may request from them to reopen a new account on a new server.

Privacy

All submitted data is kept completely private on our servers and is not either sold or shared with any third parties. The request for your ftp, cpanel and admin data is only required if you wish to have our tech's install your modules for you or you have booked to have private work carried out, if you do not wish to have installation when purchasing mods from us simply add N/A to the fields you want to exclude.
